In November 2011, we started a new group for children aged 5-11, meeting on Sunday mornings, during the church service. The Lighthouse group runs once every two weeks.

The group gathers in the church at the beginning of the service, and then moves downstairs into the church hall for a time of fun, games, stories, crafts and music. The activities last from 10 till about 11.15am.

Lighthouse is led by Ann Wood, who has a team of enthusiastic helpers involved in each week’s activities.

 

Future dates from Christmas to Easter:

• Sunday 8th and 22nd January
• Sunday 5th and 19th February
•  Sunday 4th and 18th March
• Sunday Ist April   

CRECHE

We know that families with young children are often concerned about how to manage during church services. To help out, we provide a play area at the back of the church, designed mainly for children under 5. This means young children can still be present in the service, but both children and their parents or carers can relax.
